Our Story

FortisMan began with two lifelong friends confronting the realities of modern manhood.

Nearly 1 in 10 men experience anxiety or depression—yet less than half seek help.

Men die by suicide nearly three times more often than women in high-income countries.

Between 2014 and 2019, antidepressant use among men surged by up to 69% globally.

These weren’t just statistics—they were warning signs.

And they led us to a hard question:

How do we create something that actually helps men succeed again?

We didn’t have a roadmap. But we knew we needed to build something better.

That single question led to months of conversations, trial and error, and continuous refinement.

We weren’t interested in another feel-good program or an empty motivational seminar.

We wanted something real—something that delivered tangible change. Change men could track, measure, and sustain.

So we leaned on what we knew best. 

Paul, with his background in civil and structural engineering, instinctively brought systems thinking, data analysis, and structured problem-solving.

Anthony, as a physiotherapist, understood how human behavior, habit formation, and treatment efficacy dictated sustainable change.

Together, we forged a process—not just a program. It became something living, breathing, and constantly evolving—a method that adapts rather than prescribes, that measures rather than assumes, that reinvents rather than stagnates.

So, we turned inward.
